Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Supervises all housekeeping employees and plans the work for the housekeeping department and distributes assignments accordingly.

 Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire hotel
  • Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard
  • Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform
  • Organize inventories with Accounts for linen, uniform and fixed assets
  • Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures
  • Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

 Requirements :

  • Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management is preferable
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of Housekeeping experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Office operation including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
  • Shift duty is required
