We are principally engaged in the entertainment business in global landscape, especially in the visual effects and virtual reality area. To cope with our business growth, we are now inviting qualified individuals to the following position:

Responsibilities:
Provide support service for daily and regular office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment and facilities management
Perform general reception duties and courier’s arrangement
Assist to manage general office administration, office maintenance and renovation
Support full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including attendance & leave record, events and medical insurance administration and other operational matters
Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
Diploma holder in HR Management or related discipline
Minimum 3 years experience in HR / Admin field
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Strong in coordination, communication & interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, positive, with good interpersonal skill
Good command of both English and Mandarin Immediate available is highly preferred
