Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full-spectrum HR and Admin functions
  • Revising and reviewing Human Resources procedures, policies and organization chart to align with goals and to meet the business requirement and needs
  • Develop and maintain an effective network with related company
  • Responsible for full range of professional HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, learning & development, performance management and employee relations
  • Responsible for full range of administrative functions incl. office maintenance, insurance, business trip arrangements...etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • At least 5 - 8 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Must be a good team player, proactive, capable of multi-tasking with a can do working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
