Assistant HR & Admin Manager

  • Handle full spectrum of HR & Office Admin operation, including but not limited to recruitment, C&B operations and projects, performance review etc.
  • Handle policy implementation, employee relations, benefits administration.
  • Review HR policies to ensure compliance with HK Labour Ordinance, implement SOP and employee handbook.
  • Drive in annual HR projects such as salary review, bonus, bench markings.
  • Be in charge of general office administration i.e office procurement, renovation projects if any, contract renewals, etc.
  • Be responsible for payment requests and support regional finance team for payment request information.
  • Conduct market research related to the company business.
  • Any ad - hoc tasks or projects assigned by Manager.


  • Degree holder in Business Administration and the relevant education.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in HR and Administration experience, ideally from marketing or Event Management companies.
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance.
  • A team player and sociable with very strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, good analytical mind and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong in numbers and analysis.
  • Proficiency in office tools e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English. Mandarin is preferable.
  • Occasional travel is required.
  • Immediately Available / Short Notice is an added advantage.
