We are a leading freight forwarding and logistics group based in Hong Kong with global network. To cope with our expanding business, we are looking for high caliber candidates to join our company for the following positions.
Provide full spectrum of office administration function & office supplies services
Support internal parties on various admin projects to meet business requirements
Monitor the service quality of vendors & suppliers for renovation work, office equipment & facilities, etc.
Responsible for procurement of stationery and office supplies
Supervise a team of admin colleagues
Handle sourcing and quotation documents
Prepare various administration reports
Perform a wide range of HR duties including recruitment
Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by the superior
Degree in Administration and or related disciplines
Around 3 years working experience in relevant position / industry
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Self-motivated, good communication skills, and multi-tasked ability
Immediate available is an advantage
Tsuen Wan (3 minutes walking from Tsuen Wan West Station)
Less experience will also be considered as HR & Admin Assistant.
