Job Duties:

  • Handle payroll & MFP calculations, benefit, Salary Tax Return, insurance, functions planning and leave records maintenance and recruitment,
  • Responsible for Administration functions including office supplies, equipment and maintenance.
  • Willing to support personal matters
  • Perform any other ad hoc assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • High Dip or above in business administration, HR or any related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good command of both written in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
  • Self-motivated, positive, independent, organized and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
