Our client is MNC Consumer Product. To copy with their business expansion, they are now looking for the talented Assistant HR/ Human Resources Manager to join their team.
• Conduct the whole recruitment process including scheduling, screening, interviewing & selection of staff
• Review remuneration and benefits of all employees
• Oversee the HR operations including payroll and support continuous improvement in operational effectiveness
• Implement, coordinate employee relations activities to drive engagement and retention
• University graduated in Human Resources, Business related disciplines or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of HR Generalist experience in Retail/ FMCG/ Sizable organization
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, related regulations & HR practice
• Fast-paced, dynamic and strong interpersonal, communication & analytical skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
