Assistant HR Manager (28K)

Job requirements:

  • Handling the full spectrum of recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, collecting and giving feedback, preparing offers and pre-boarding of successful candidates
  • Work closely with Management on strategic initiatives
  • Participate in formulating and implementing HR related policies & procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labour ordinances and other regulations
  • Support HR operational matters including payroll, benefits administration, leave / attendance management, maintain and update HRIS data. Etc
  • Oversee HR processes on employee relations and staff engagement
  • Advise line managers on the organization charts, manpower planning and staff development
  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of Human Resource field, with 2 years supervisory experience
  • Knowledge in HK labour ordinance is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office particular in Excel application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
