Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR work including payroll, recruitment, attendance, training, formulating policy & procedure
  • Provide HR advisory & solution to ensure operation smoothly
  • Assist in preparing various analysis for management review and planning
  • Ensure employee database, records are updated in accurate manner
  • Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and campaign
  • Support to drive a harmony working environment

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years experience in HR
  • Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong organizing skill
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under fast paced environment
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
