Our client is an international financial institution. They are looking for an experience compensation & benefits talent to join their regional team as Assistant HR Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively design and deliver benefits solution and policies in line with the business strategies and ensure it is competitive and cost-effective benefits policies and practices
  • Manage the day-to-day various benefits programs (enquiries, administration and annual renewal);
  • Prepare the annual budget for benefit cost
  • Provide support to payroll and annual compensation review
  • Other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of compensation & benefit experience gained from bank
  • Must speak fluent English and Mandarin
