Assistant HR Manager, Business Partner and Projects | Airline

The Assistant HR Manager performs a professional level and works closely with HR Business Partner in supporting business partnering, organisation development, and talent development initiatives that emphasises the employees oriented culture.

About the role

  • Directly report to HR Business Partner (Senior Managerial Level)
  • Provide HR Business Partner support to the leadership team with particular focus on driving the talent strategy, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and succession planning
  • Support recruiting process for most senior/critical positions, and liaise with internal recruiting teams to drive recruitment at a local level
  • Work closely with Learning & Development team on managing talent review process, performance management, and employee development programs
  • Any assigned HR projects

About the person

  • Bachelor degree holder with human resources or related discipline
  • With over 7 years generalist, recruitment , or business partner experience from complex structure organisation
  • strong interpersonal, influencing, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Fluency of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
