Assistant HR Manager - Campus Recruitment (Circa HK$500K) (AZ18044)

Our client is one international professional firm. They are currently looking for high caliber to be Talent Specialist on Campus Recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the graduate and internship recruitment campaigns for Hong Kong and China.
  • Plan, manage, execute and deliver recruitment activities in various locations to attract graduates such as campus roadshows, career fairs, university presentation, etc
  • Assist in employer branding in order to attract young and emerging talents
  • Liaise with hiring managers on position requirements
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support including job advertisement posting, interview, tender of offer, etc.
  • Build up good relationships with university career services both locally and overseas


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience
  • Sound exposure in campus recruitment in Hong Kong / China universities
  • Experience and knowledge of the engineering and architectural consultancy sector would be an advantage
  • Ability to influence others at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin speaking is highly preferred
  • Interested to travel to China to support on local recruitment activities
