Job scope

The jobholder leads a small team of 3-4 staff to manage human resources operation for over 1000 employees that covers payroll, IIT filing, new employee registrations, internal transfers, promotions, departures, as well as employee data/records maintenance and update.


 Job Duties

  • Handle monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner covering not only payroll calculation, incentive scheme administration,  tax returns, final payments and MPF contributions.
  • Manage, review and improve the payroll procedures and policies for the purpose to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare the necessary official documents for newly on board employees, internal transfers, promotions and departures; and communicate with the involved employees accordingly.  Update employee records within an acceptable timeline whenever there are employees status changed. 
  • Provide human resources operation support such as working visa application, related logistics support and IIT administration, if needed, to expriates.
  • Work closely with internal HR team, employees and external parties such as auditors & vendors in various Payroll & Compensation operations.
  • Prepare various analysis reports for management on regular basis.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.



  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in human resources operation, preferably in sizable MNC and at least 3 year at supervisory posiiton.
  • Well conversant with HK Employment Ordinance, Tax regulations and Employees Compensation Ordinance.
  • Meticulous, mature with positive mind-set as well as high sense of responsibility & passion for excellence.
  • Able to manage muti-task, hands-on and fast-paced with good interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
