Our client is an Innovative Start-up company with expansion plan. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.



We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including end to end recruitment process, compensation and benefits, employee relations,
  • In charge of setting up HR framework including, HR policy, employee handbook, organization chart etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning and develop talent acquisition strategy to cope with expansion
  • Prepare HR reports for management to review
  • Responsible for any other ad hoc projects as required




QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience
  • HR set up experience is an advantage
  • Flexible, creative, proactive and able to work independently
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in HR systems is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
