The Role:

  • Manage full spectrum of Human Resources functions
  • Assist to review and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Provide HR advice to the senior management, understanding the operation and needs for manpower planning
  • To ensure all HR processes are delivered effectively and highly committed to provide quality, cost effectiveness and professional service to all levels
  • Consolidate HR data and prepare various reports for management review
  • Contribute in special projects and initiatives        

The Person:  

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or in any related discipline
  • Min. 4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Well-versed in both Hong Kong & China employment law and related regulations
  • Customer focused, execute with excellence & detail-minded
  • Strong in planning & organizing skills
  • Good computer skills including English & Chinese Word Processing, Excel, Powerpoint
  • More experience will be considered as HR Manager
