Assistant HR Manager

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a sizable organization;
  • Be well versed in HK employment legislations and other statutory ordinances
  • Knowledge and experience in using PeopleSoft with good understanding on PeopleSoft Concepts, capabilities and configuration
  • Functional Knowledge on HR operations and business processes
  • Be a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, positive attitude, well-organized with the ability to multi-task, detailed-oriented, a good sense of priorities and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and with positive attitude towards changes & challenges
  • Possess high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
