Assistant HR Manager/Senior HR Executive (Fashion Retail)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all rounded HR functions, including recruitment, C&B operations and projects, performance review, employee relations
  • Handling monthly payroll calculation, MPF administration and taxation
  • Execute retailing frontline recruitment in an effective and efficient way
  • Formulate and compile Human Resources related analysis reports for management review
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience preferably in Retail industry
  • Mature, independent and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good MS Office skills and strong Excel skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
