Assistant HR Manager/Senior HR Officer

Our client is one of the leading players in manufacturing paper goods products with the HQ based in US. With the expansion of business in APAC, they are looking for the HR candidate to join their team in managing the HR functions in HK office. The role will report to the HR team in Shanghai and work closely with the internal parties in business operations.

Job Duties

  • Provide full spectrum of human resources and administration support including recruitment, payroll administration, training, talent development, performance management and staff relations
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing of HR policies and procedures to meet Group HR requirements. Work closely with the Regional HR team to deliver the excellence HR services in HK office
  • Ensure HK office is compliance with HKSAR government employment and related legislations
  • Provide professional HR advice on labor relationship/issues to internal parties
  • Collaborate with managers throughout the business to identify organisation’s leadership training needs
  • Liaise with external training providers to deliver the trainings with line’s expectations
  • Develop and implement L&D policies and procedures and provide support to Regional L&D development programs
  • Assist in implementing HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years solid experiences in HR functions in multinational company
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other employment polices
  • Positive attitude, strong problem solving skills and sense of responsibilities, able to work independently
  • Excellent communications, organization and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
