Assistant HR Officer (Payroll team)

Provide quality and efficient supports on payroll processing, compensation packages calculation, position validation and movement of all distribution channels


  • Handle the distributor's payroll accurately and on timely manner
  • Key touch-point for distributor's enquiries on compensation and contract maintenance related matters
  • Maintain and update system on channels movement
  • Review and calculate compensation adjustment requests
  • Handle various compensation packages validation & remuneration calculation manually and independently
  • Prepare regular compensation reports
  • Perform annual taxation filling
  • Distribute reports and provide administrative supports in good order
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments provided by supervisors


  • Higher Diploma or above / University graduate preferred and major in Business or Accounting related subject
  • At least 1 year of working experience, relevant experience in insurance industry is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadline
  • Meticulous and good in numbers
  • Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
