Responsibilities:

  • Assist in design, develop and deliver training programs to frontline and office staff to enhance the products knowledge and service standards
  • Assist in maintain and update all training materials in line with the latest operations development and employee training records
  • Coordinate the pre and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth delivery of training course
  • Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Prepare and monitor the training budgets and resources allocation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in training/learning development or related discipline
  • At least 2-4 years relevant experience in training
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary
  • Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
  • Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage training schedules
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is an advantage
