Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to end-to-end recruitment related logistics, including CV screening, document preparation, interview arrangement, orientation coordination, etc;
  • Analyze and identify company’s training needs;
  • Source the training courses and coordinate internal & external training for staff;
  • Responsible for the implementing of HR system and database maintenance;
  • Coordinate the working visa application procedures;
  • Perform ad-hoc HR assignments / projects as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;
  • 1-2 year working experience in HR is preferred;
  • Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently;
  • Experience in implementing HRIS will be a plus;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong labor laws and knowledge in Mainland labor laws;
  • Familiar with MS Office applications;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • IANG and fresh graduate are also welcome.
