Responsibilities

  • Assist to implement HR projects and Talent Development initiatives
  • Manage the Talent Development Programs to build the company talent pipeline
  • Provide advice on talent development programs for engaging and developing selected talents
  • Collaborate all training and development related matters with HR Business Partners, including but not limited to, training needs analysis, training courses arrangement, rotation program, team building exercises etc
  • Help assess the Competence Gaps and design the training curriculum to support the Group development
  • Handle training programs to support the company people development strategy and uplift company competence level
  • Partner with HRBPs and other stakeholders to ensure program design features meet unique business requirements and consult with stakeholders to ensure adequate support for the BUs to deliver specific program elements
  • Work on the follow up actions to keep the learning momentum so as to build the learning cultural for the Group
  • Help plan project goals, define requirements and targets, monitor project milestones and deliverables
  • Manage HR project execution to ensure process excellence including adherence to schedule and scope
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
  • Establish and execute project communication plan
  • Support the Employer Branding and Corporate Cultural Building initiatives to turn Convoy as an Employer of Choice 

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR, business administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR project management and Talent Development experience plus 2+ years of experience as HR business partner or training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of management and stakeholders
  • Personal attributes of tact, innovative, strategic, organizing and leadership skills
  • Good analytical skills with strong business acumen
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
