Assistant HR Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and revise company compensation program to all staff
  • Handle all employment issues.
  • Manages the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities and comply with relevant legislation
  • Liaise with clients to materialize HR project.
  • Act as the key account manager for client communication at operations level

Attributes/Technical Skills

  • Familiar with local labour law and regulations
  • Excellent communication of all levels
  • Client service centric mind-set
  • Independent and detail orientated, able to work in fast–paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resource or related discipline
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Has exposure in employee retention, labour relation organizational effectiveness in an organization
  • Hands - on Recruitment & C&B experience for MNC companies
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Experienced of using any HR system is advantageous
  • Required Language: English, Mandarin and Cantonese
