Key Responsibilities:

- Assist to provide full spectrum of office administration services for the department and the Company

- Assist to handle maintenance of office equipments and alarm system

- Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and maintenance services

- Handle overseas travel arrangement and document storage service

- Administer the Company forms and Fixed Asset record

- Handle staff uniform, staff card and new staff package (administration)

- Liaise with Building Management for property management services

- Assist to source and manage suppliers in all office administration supports, including office utilities / services / uniform / printing service / courier service, etc 

- Responsible for Group Medical Insurance, handle medical claims administration and new staff enrollment and termination

- Assist Manager on training coordination and administration

- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above

- 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably with experience in retail industry

- Excellent in Chinese Word Processing, MS Excel & Word

- Independent, responsible, detail-minded and a good team player

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Immediately available is highly preferred

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration Assistant
