Assistant Human Resources and Administration Manager / Senior Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, C&B, training and development, performance management, etc.
  2. Responsible for office administrative functions including procurement, facilities repairs and maintenance, vendor management, insurances and contracts renewal, etc.
  3. Assist the Department Head to formulate and review company’s policies and practices.

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration or related disciplines.
  2. 10 years of working experience with at least 2 years in supervisory / managerial level, experience in retail or FMCG industry is essential.
  3. Hands-on experience in HRMS and ERP System application is preferable.
  4. Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
  5. Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing.
  6. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  7. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
