Assist in implementation of competitive compensation and benefits practice, provide support in various HR projects including annual salary review, staff promotion, reward and bonus program. Prepare materials and data for management reports and meetings, and participate into job evaluation and performance management projects. Support in HR policies and procedures reviews to ensure the Bank is consistently complied with related regulatory requirements.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant experience;
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical and statistical skills;
  • Proactive team player with good communication skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines;
  • Conversant with Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.

(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager.)
