Assistant Human Resources Manager (6-month contract)

We are looking for a high caliber individual to join Group Human Resources. Key responsibilities include:

The Position Profile:

  • Develop and implement human resources initiatives to support management development and succession planning across the Group
  • Organise Group-wide development programs to enhance people capability and support management development
  • Identify organizational learning needs and design development programs to address the gaps identified and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs
  • Provide advice on development programs, coaching programs, assessment and development tools to maintain a consistent talent development approach across the Group
  • Supervise the maintenance of accurate training records, monitor costs and maintains budgetary control of assigned development programs
  • Support any ad hoc projects assigned


  • A recognized university degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years' of HR related exposure as generalist or specialist in multinational companies with at least 2-year supervisory experience
  • Proven experience in managing multi-initiatives independently
  • Experience in planning and implementing HR initiatives, preferably in talent and development area
  • Strong experience in managing diversified stakeholders to ensure the initiatives are implemented smoothly
  • Strong communication, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and detailed-minded
  • Hands-on capability with drive and energy to achieve
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
  • Ability to organize and complete tasks independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Senior Human Resources Specialist position
