About Our Client

Our client, one of top leading sporting, entertainment and top tier membership group that's constantly expanding its market especially within Hong Kong,  is now looking for a suitable candidate to join their Human Resources team as an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support them. 

As a leader in the team, candidate who knows the importance in building and maintaining positive employee relations and strong communication network could be a good fit. 



  • Overseeing strategic internal relationship management & different related parties including union relationship management 
  • Be the proactive representative in support improvements to meet the department’s objective to become the preferred business partners of internal customers
  • Work with internal departments on risk management and containment
  • Support, set up and maintain mechanisms to enable the group to keep abreast of trends and changes in the business environment and their impact on employee relations
  • Take the lead to drive employee engagement strategies to cultivate good engaging culture within the group



  • University degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines and relevant
  • Over 8 years solid experience with a focus on employee relations, staff engagement, internal communication and union relationship management
  • Have good capability to work with diverse stakeholders in a diverse working culture with cross-functional team, Possess good business acumen, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills as well as keenness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Good connections with government departments, labour unions and/or community parties
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
