Assistant Human Resources Manager (F&B)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations etc.;
  • Handle payroll, MPF administration, EC case and all HR projects;
  • Formulate and implement the HR policies and procedures and to ensure in compliance with the local labour law;
  • Deal with colleagues at all levels and liaise with relevant parties for striving excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in food and beverage industry;
  • Well-versed in employment ordinance, MPF & other HR-related Ordinances;
  • Self-motivated, independent, well-organized with good communication skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and dynamic environment;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Executive.
