Assistant Human Resources Manager (Group HR Technology)

The Department
Reporting to the SHRM (GHRT), the job holder is responsible for 1) HCMS Support - assisting in supporting all HR systems and provide professional advice to users; 2) HR modernisation projects – delivery of project related items from requirements definition through to implementation and change management; 3) ) HCMS upgrade and replacement project – work with team to provide technical support and knowledge transfer to ensure the successful migration of new HRIS; 4) Process Review and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) – assist in driving process re-engineering initiatives and delivery of all stages of development life cycle and 5) System related Budgeting – management of CAPEX and OPEX of system related expenditure.

The Job
You will:

  • Responsible for daily HR Information Systems administration, provide professional technology advice to key stakeholders within P&OD and liaison with key stakeholders from line departments (HK & CRC).
  • Assist in delivering different project items with internal and external parties on ensuring the project is in line with scope, time, quality and budget constraints as well as the quality of key deliverables and completion on time.
  • Assist in all stages of the project life cycle of RPA with internal users and external vendors – stages include user requirements gathering, Design, Development, testing and rollout.
  • Support all process review initiative to define and implement to-be HR processes and a strategy to leverage Digital HR system and tools.
  • Monitor the spending of system team budget.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management.

About You
You should have:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Business Information System or related discipline area;
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in managing HR Systems for large organizations;
  • Excellent understanding of HR systems or related technology on traditional and cloud platform
  • Strong capability in managing system implementation project involving a large group of business, IT and external stakeholders at various level;
  • Independent, Proactive & Self-motivated;
  • Good analytical, presentation and problem solving skills;
  • Good team player and ability to work under pressure.

Terms of employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
