  • Perform / manage the operational Human Resources function and activities, including but not limited to the following:
  • Maintain all HR employee records / paperwork (leave applications, medical, benefits, performance reviews, etc.), ensuring the HR employee files contain all appropriate and accurate information always
  • Review annual Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs; benchmark the market using annual wage surveys
  • Administer C&B programs; implement changes consistent with local and Corporate HR requirements
  • Maintain integrated job descriptions for all positions, including titles and salary guidelines
  • Develop recruitment plans and budgets to ensure recruitment is carried out efficiently according to manpower forecasts and position requirements
  • Handle requisitions, offer letters, and promotions with managers and the HR team
  • Review current employment policies with staff; develop regular communication with staff to ensure issues are understood; respond to employee inquiries in relation to HR policies and practices in a timely manner
  • Organize employee team-building activities within company budget
  • Monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with local law and corporate requirements; co-ordinate the implementation and administration company’s International Enterprise Wide polices; provide consultation and training to business leaders
  • Support and coordinate HR activities in recruitment, new staff orientation, employee relations and ensure all follow all applicable legislation
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate the annual Performance Management process
  • Conduct HR cost planning & budgeting
  • Prepare and provide HR reports and presentations as required
  • Provide training and coaching, from the HR perspective, to Great China employees as applicable
  • Play a lead role in handling of any disciplinary actions for employees of the Greater China
  • Provide strategic HR support to business partners:
  • Contribute to organization design (skills, resources, processes) to fulfill overall business objectives in all Greater China office locations
  • Structure - Design - Build - Implement high-performance solutions (cost, quality, time) to meet the Greater China’s HR needs
  • Facilitate Talent Development processes and actively contribute to employees’ professional development, focusing more specifically on high potentials
  • Coordinate and guarantee that HR processes and programs are being correctly carried out regarding company’s Core Values
  • Lead and manage daily office administration and procurement activities to provide the full spectrum of support to the Greater China
  • Set-up administration workflow and procurement guidelines for general office operation purposes


  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant discipline
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as HR generalist with expertise in recruitment, training & office administration
  •  Solid knowledge in full spectrum of HR operations such as payroll, medical, MPF, etc.
  •  Experience in talent management and organizational development preferred
  • Strong business understanding and business partnering experience
  • Good people skills as to engage internal stakeholders
  • Strong leadership capability and excellent process improvement skills
  • Possession of strategic and organizational agility
  • Familiar with HK and China Labor Law (familiarity with Vietnam Labor Law a plus)
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin) languages
