  • Liaise with recruiters to arrange new hires’ contract signing and other onboarding related issues
  • Prepare onboarding documents and onboarding kits
  • Initiate background and HR compliance checks etc. as required
  • Answer inquiries from new hires in regards to onboarding issues when needed
  • Assist in drafting/updating recruitment related policies and operation manual etc.
  • Assist in implementing HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years experience in human resources or similar administrative role from sizable corporations
  • Experience in Application Tracking System is highly preferred
  • Possess good understanding of recruitment practices and procedures
  • Meticulous, mature, independent with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good computer literacy in MS office: Word, Excel and PPT
  • Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
