The Job:

  • Monitor & maintain C&B staff data, ensure the data accuracy;
  • Provide data analysis reports according to the instruction;
  • Monitor overseas offices including insurance renewal, payroll vendors and other C&B daily operations;
  • Provide necessary support to overseas offices;
  • Assist in Compensation Benchmarking Projects;
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.


We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/Human Resources or equivalent;
  • 5 years of solid working experience in Human Resources;
  • Enjoy working with figures, sensitive to numbers & detail minded is a must;
  • Strong in Excel skills is a must;
  • Task orientated, ability to work independently and with good sense of responsibilities;
  • Solid experiences in Compensation benchmarking is an advantage;
  • Working experience with Workday or other HR system is an advantage.
