The role is to provide full range of HR services including manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, staff relation and communications to designated operating groups in order to ensure they are delivered in a quality and timely manner.


  • Work closely with line management to understand their business needs in manpower planning and talent acquisition, provide appropriate human resources advices / support proactively
  • Responsible for staff recruitment and full employment cycle, including job advertisement posting, interview conducting, offer making and contract preparation, salary recommendation and on boarding and induction process for new hires
  • Assist in implementation of various HR initiatives, including employer branding, employee engagement programs and staff secondment
  • Prepare and update various regular HR related reports, as well as O-charts of different organization groups in quality and timely manner
  • Assist in handling annual HR projects including performance appraisal, annual salary review and ad hoc projects.
  • Review and update staff handbook to ensure policies are compliant with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance


  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources, preferable from Fashion Retail industry
  • Proactive, detail-minded, independent and well organized
  • Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation.
  • Experience in using IPL is advantageous
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
