A university degree in commerce and business discipline;
At least 7 years solid experience with a focus on staff engagement, employee relations and internal communication;
Have good capability to work with diverse stakeholders in a diverse working culture with cross-functional teams, from senior management to junior staff;
Possess good business acumen, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills as well as keenness to take on new challenges and responsibilities;
Have sound knowledge and interest in social and political issues will be an advantage
Formulate and organize staff engagement programmes to boost staff morale and commitment as well as to enhance a positive working environment;
Build and maintain harmonious employee relations and strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally;
Organize and implement corporate wellness programme, and recreational & sport related activities to encourage a healthy work-life balance;
Take a proactive role in service improvements to meet the department’s objective to become the preferred business partners of internal customers
Prepare and control staff events budget and expenditures, and ensuring cost effectiveness in each event. This includes ensuring that the Club’s procurement guidelines are followed in acquiring suppliers with the highest quality work and value for money.
