Assists in execution of recruiting strategies, performs all spectrum of recruiting high caliber qualified employees for achieving the manpower planning of the Bank. Act as business partner for responsible functions from daily HR operations to provision of professional HR advices for alignment of business objectives with staff and management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years business partner and recruitment experience in sizable organization, preferably in financial industry;
  • Proactive team member with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Independent with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Mature, detail-minded and well-organized;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
