Our client is a famous FMCG company in worldwide is now seeking a candidate for their openings

Responsibilities:

  • Work as Talent Acquisition team leader and lead the Talent Acquisition Team to manage the hiring needs and employee exit arrangements for the whole company and report to the team head of Human resources
  • Discuss, Develop and propose effective recruitment strategies, especially in identifying sourcing channels for bulk recruitment of operational positions
  • Responsible to build and implement employer branding activities and strengthen employer image in market
  • Involve and ensure the recruitment process efficiency and effectiveness and can have continuous improvement
  • Monitor and analysis recruitment-related statistics

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with minimum 8 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment
  • Experience in bulk recruitment is a must
  • Strong leadership and influencing with data sensitive and analytical skills
  • Flexible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills, knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
