Job Descriptions:

  • Manager HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, resources planning, career and training planning
  • Manage and guide HR support in country offices and manage agency relationship
  • Manage statutory employment compliance and country regulations for local and overseas office
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with company business strategies and operations
  • Support other business initatives especially related to HR and staff development

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years relevant working experience, with interest to work in a fast-paced and dynamic multi-national working environment
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, well organized and detail-oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Human Resources Manager
