In this position you are expected to:

  • Plan and coordinate HRIS implementation by collaboration with all relevant parties
  • Review routine HR operation workflows and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness
  • Review and update all HR policies and procedures
  • Manage general office administration
  • Provide advice and support to other HR functions from time to time

The ideal person:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers, property management or hospitality companies
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Practical experience with HRIS implementation and database administration
  • All-rounded HR experience is preferred
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
