The job

·Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, retirement schemes administration, tax reporting and insurance renewal.

·Provide support on C&B projects such as salary review, budgeting, external/internal audit and salary surveys/benchmarks.

·Formulate and compile HR-related statics and reports, such as monthly headcount report.

·Review and implement HR procedures and policies.

·Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

The person

·Degree holder with at least 5 year relevant experience in sizable organizations, preferably in the financial/insurance sector.

·Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and relevant statutory regulations for HK and Macau.

·Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS, knowledge in Workday and IPL is definitely an advantage.

·Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
