In this position you are expected to:

  • Assist to oversee all-rounded HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefit and training
  • Act as business partner to provide HR consulting and operation services to line
  • Develop innovative manpower strategy to cater the direction and growth of the company
  • Review and update all HR polices and procedures in accordance with latest statutorily requirement

The ideal person:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers, property management or hospitality companies
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • All-rounded HR experience is preferred
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and Englis
