ELEVATE is seeking a dynamic HR professional and responsible for the effective day-to-day business partnering in the full spectrum of HR, providing the strategic
interface to all stakeholders through the provision of high-quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Work as a Regional Business Partner with global business leaders in managing the global headcounts in full employee life cycle including Talent Acquisition,
Compensation & Benefit, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement etc
Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Launch and execute the Global HR programs and support the global HR operations
Responsible for the headcount planning, reviewing and staffing in accordance with the established standard
Provide tactical & operational advice and support to business leaders on people issues and organizational challenges
Drive HR initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture and staff engagement
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ regional MNC HR experience with strong C&B background is preferred, at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory role
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
Excellent project management and organizing skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented are required
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferable
Immediate available would be an advantage
