Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for all HR functions including payroll, MPF, recruitment, tax filing, performance management, compensation and benefits etc;
  • Champion the talent acquisition;
  • Provide HR support to the operation in all aspects of employee lifecycle;
  • Coaching and support team members to achieve the objectives set by the management;
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • Solid experience in sizable companies with 4-5 years in supervisory role, candidate with experience in retail industry is an advantage;
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance and related employment legislation;
  • Self-motivated, energetic, able to work in fast pace environment, people-oriented with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred;
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager
