  • Assist in Talent Development Programmes
  • Oversee all-round HR Operations, including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits & Training & Development
  • Liaise with Tertiary Institutions on Talent Development Programmes
  • Assist in developing strategic recruitment plans, recruitment and selection policies
  • Align & review HR policies, manuals and procedures
  • Work with line managers and provide advice on handling different people related matters
  • Plan & prepare for budgeting
  • Prepare for Management Reports and prepare budgeting & planning
  • Assist in the review the compensation mechanism in order to well manage the cost-effectiveness
  • Drive Global HR Projects
  • Support HR Head in delivering HR Initiatives across the Company


  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management / Training & Development or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with 1-2 years in managerial capacity
  • Preferably with exposure in a sizable company
  • Passionate in talent development
  • Good planning and organizing ability
  • Proactive, energetic, good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available would be an added advantage
