  • Lead and coach C&B team members to provide HR services on all aspects relating to compensation and benefits to ensure best practices are followed and business needs are met;
  • Keep pace with market trend on remuneration & reward, and perform effective reward and performance management for job families across Hong Kong and Macau including versatile and competitive commission schemes for revenue generators and brand management teams;
  • Foster employee well-being and enhance employee engagement through introducing and implementing benefit schemes and perk portfolio at market level including comprehensive medical insurance, group life insurance, personal accident insurance, group travel insurance, and employee compensation insurance; and ensure that the most competitive benefit offers from the service providers;
  • Establish, review and maintain C&B policies and guidelines across business functions and provide effective and efficient staff communication at all times;
  • Prepare various analyses & reports, and proposals & forecasts for top management’s review;
  • Render advice to all departments on Hong Kong and Macau Labour Laws and people-related legal issues to make no compromise in conformity with the strictest sense of legal and compliance; 
  • Keep and advise the HR Team internally of the latest trend and changes of the legal stipulations.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with C&B focus, preferably from retail industries
  • Self-motivated, attentive to details, independent with strong communication skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English and well versed in Microsoft applications such as Excel
  • Good analytical skills and a sound knowledge on data analyses and syntheses supported by verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Solid planning, organizing and leadership skills
