Assistant Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a high calibre to join our team be the Assistant Human Resources Manager to:


  • Provide a full range of talent acquisition and end to end recruitment services for both Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong including posting of job advertisements, assessment and selection, onboarding, performance management, and etc;
  • Work with various line managers of business functions to provide strategic human resources consultation and total solutions, for instance headcount budget estimation and control;
  • Ensure talent acquisition within payroll budget and in line with business and manning strategy;
  • Identify and suggest areas for HR process simplification and continuous improvement;
  • Participate and support ad hoc duties in human resources.


  • University graduate with a degree preferably in Human Resources Management or a related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hospitality industry;
  • Attention to details and deadlines;
  • Self-motivated team player and able to work multi-tasks independently;
  • Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken in English and Cantonese;
  • Candidate with less experience may consider as Senior Human Resources Officer.
