Responsibilities

  • Perform all rounded payroll & HR administration works such as data input, employee attendance, payroll calculation, MPF/ ORSO administration, leave management, etc.
  • Update and maintain staff records in the HR management system
  • Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
  • Prepare and update various regular HR reports in quality and timely manner
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 year(s)’ relevant experience in Compensation & Benefit is a MUST
  • Sensitive to figures and attentive to details
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, meticulous and well-organized
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing especially EXCEL
  • 5-day work week and working location in Quarry Bay
