Assistant Human Resources Officer (5-day work)

Our client is a Banking & Finance Company,  they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support on staff benefits matters
  • Administer the performance management process and assist in the user acceptance test of the development of an electronic performance management system
  • Handle general administration work of the team
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and provide support on other HR related initiatives and projects


Requirements:


  • University Degree in Human Resources Management
  • 2-3 years relevant experience preferred
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self- motivated and well organized
  • Highly conversant in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
