Assistant Human Resources Officer (6-month Contract)

The Job :

  • Assist in the HR system project implementation process including users’ requirements gathering and create system testing scenario and cases.
  • Conduct user acceptance tests and report testing results to system vendor.
  • Assist in data checking during the system data conversion process
  • Coordinate all end users’ trainings before system roll out.
  • Perform any other related duties in Human Resources aspect as required.

The Person :

  • Tertiary education in Computer Science, HR or IT related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the HR field. Experience and knowledge in HR system implementation will be an advantage.
  • Well versed in the Employment Ordinance and other related statutory regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel application.
  • Attention to details, organized and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
