Assistant Human Resources Officer (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Human Resource Section of the Registry (Ref.: 501831) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree. They should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal and organizational skills; and IT proficiency. The appointee will provide administrative support to a wide range of human resource functions (in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits), participate in various projects, and undertake other duties as assigned. Prior HR experience is an advantage but not a must. Training and development opportunities will be provided. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
